Deposits
Deposits placed on Bernese Mountain puppies are non-refundable. Deposits ensure that a puppy is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery options depending on location. Delivery timelines and costs will be discussed and agreed upon before finalizing your purchase. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Health Guarantee
All puppies are provided with a health guarantee. Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
If a serious health issue is identified within this timeframe, you must contact us immediately at info@bernesepuppieskennel.com.
Returns and Replacement
All sales are final once the puppy has been delivered or picked up. We do not offer refunds. However, under certain conditions, we may accept the return of a puppy and offer a replacement based on availability and agreement.

Limitation of Liability
